HEMO+ is a brand new service to Dubai, and while we have tried to make the process as simple as possible its understanable you may have a few questions. Below we have added some of the most common questions about the HEMO+ service.

I want a test not listed on your website - is it possible to request it?

It’s great that you’re interested in our service and would like additional tests. Our current test menu has been built in partnership with our accredited labs and as we continue to grow HEMO+ we’ll be adding addinitional tests to our menu. If you would like to request a test please email us and we will review it for future updates.

Are the results accurate?

HEMO+ partners with carefully selected and fully certified laboratories to conduct the test on the samples you provide through the HEMO+ kit. Many medical studies have verified the accuracy of blood analysis using the same collection methods as HEMO+. Our own verification tests further validated this, so you can be sure as long as you follow the instructions to capture enough blood your results will be accurate. I've placed an order how long until I recieve my kit?

HEMO+ aims to deliever all kits next day for orders recieved before 2pm. Please ensure you provide accurate location details and are available to collect delivery of the kit.

I've completed my test how do I store my kit before collection?

Once you’ve completed your test the sample should be kept in the HEMO+ box and stored in a cool location, ideally a fridge until the package can be collected by our collection team.

How long do the results take to recieve?

For the majority of tests HEMO+ provides you can expect the results in less than 72 hours. There are some exceptions such as the Imu Pro food allergy test which can be upto 2 weeks, and the DNA tests which can take 3 weeks due to the type of analysis required. These are guides and we will make efforts to send the reuslts in the shortest possible time.

I've recieved my results and have some questions?

HEMO+ provides you with the tools to be able to track your health, make healthly lifestyle changes and track the biological effects. HEMO+ activly encurrages you to share your results with the health practitioner of your choice. If you feel unwell at any point you should seek medical care. HEMO+ is not an emergency medical device.
